Do you have experience installing hardscapes? Are you able to manage a crew as well as run the job? If so, then we want to hire you as one of our Hardscape Crew Leaders.
Requirements:
- Ability to manage your crew and perform all facets of the landscape installation.
- 3+ years Hardscape/Construction experience.
- Experience with installation of low voltage lighting and pavers.
- Need basic grading, concrete, and masonry experience.
- Ability to diagnose landscape problems on the job.
- Comfortable operating machines and transporting machines to worksites.
- Ability to perform all job functions including mulching, plant installation, hardscape installation, laying sod, train team members.
- VA drivers license and clean record required.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
If so, you should join the Sunrise team as a Hardscape/Construction laborer. You will work as part of a team building patios, installing water features, installing plants, and more.
Important Information:
- VA drivers license is preferred.
- Prior landscaping experience is preferred.
- Duties may include: Mulching, installing plant materials, hardscape installation, laying sod, clean up of job site.
- Must be able to take direction and to learn to operate equipment to perform jobs.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Do you have experience maintaining lawns and landscapes in Northern VA? Do you enjoy working as a team? If so, you should join the Sunrise team as a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader.
Important Information:
- VA driver’s license required.
- 3+ years prior landscape industry experience required.
- Responsibilities may include: managing a schedule, communicating with office team members, supervising crew members. Operate small equipment to perform job duties. Mow, mulch, prune, plant, weed and participate in overall lawn care.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Must be able to train other team members to perform job duties.
Do you love working outdoors? Do you enjoy putting in a hard days work, getting your hands dirty and seeing a lawn transform before your eyes? If so, you need to join the Sunrise team as a landscape maintenance laborer.

- VA driver’s license preferred.
- Prior landscape experience preferred.
- Responsibilities may include: mowing, mulching, pruning, aeration, weeding, operate small equipment to perform job duties, overall lawn care.
- Ability to take direction and follow landscape instructions.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
